Cricket in New York

This is a photograph that appeared in an otherwise well written article in The Economist.

Question: Is this how they play cricket in US? All the slip players are on the other side!!!! Unless the batsman is gifted and is a switch hitter.

    Yes , I agree that there must be proper training to be given to the team for the cricket. As you have stated that the batsman as well the other players doesn't seems to be in the coordination. But it could be improved by training them with the well experienced coaches. Don't you think that this condition could be changed by giving proper training to the players?
