Solve This Puzzle - Part 2

solve the puzzle
I thank all those who participated in part 1 of the psychology experiment. (If you have just chanced upon this blog, please feel free to try out part 1)

This is part 2.

Solve this puzzle now ...

Suppose 4 people are drinking in the bar.
One is drinking coke,
One is sixteen,
One is drinking beer, and
one is twenty-five.

Given the rule that no one under twenty-one is allowed to drink beer, which of the person's ID do we have to check to make sure the law is being observed?

The answer: The ID of the person who is drinking coke should be checked.

Why: Because the age is clearly known for other people (including one who is drinking beer. S/he wouldn't have got it without showing the ID).

Looks to be straightforward, but these psychologists always have a diff view.. anyways here goes...
Check the ID of the one drinking beer
Also check what the 16 year old is drinking !!!
This would ensure the law is not broken...

The 16 year old guy and the guy who is drinking beer

I agree with Sanoop and yogs: What 16 year old is drinking and the age of the one drinking beer.
